Myriad Abyss Island was once a fabled paradise of the human race, a place of legend discussed in awed whispers. Those notions were sadly shattered when an invasion force arrived from the mythical island and sought to enslave the human domain through all manner of subterfuge and eventual battle.

But perhaps not everyone from the island is of a similar mindset? As a bastion of knowledge and advancement, surely there’s more to it. Jiang Chen sets out to search for answers and his long separated beloved.

While he finds everything he’s looking for, he also finds more. It seems there are other visitors from the human domain as well. But that should be impossible! The truth belies logic in confounding fashion—and it seems that the others on the island might even be familiar faces.
