Description:

I have been speaking to you all of your life. In the gurgle of a tide pool, I breathed myself into you. I drew you down from the trees, and I lifted you onto your feet. I freed your hands to become your tools, so that you would cradle me in my old age, but you have turned on me. My strongest warrior for life, you have been transformed into an insatiable messenger of death. Only a few of my children are still listening when I howl to them, crying in the night, sending the oceans in great surges to cleanse my land – to cleanse, and to warn you who no longer listen. I WILL BE HEARD.

An energy running through all things, ancient and primal, building and destroying …
All of our human myths, our horror and our glory, are only a reflection of a cosmic battle – one that is nearing its end. The stories of vampires, werewolves, zombies and witches are but echoes of the journey of the last guardians of Gaia as they race back through time to stop the death of the Earth.

REMAKING THE VAMPIRE MYTHOLOGY FROM THE GROUND UP

ESCAPE WITH A GROUNDBREAKING NEW VAMPIRE SERIES FOR FANS OF DYSTOPIAN FICTION AND PARANORMAL ROMANCE

2112: the Earth is on the brink of death from the effects of global warming. The few survivors retreat to Greenland, where the icecap has melted, and form the AmEur Alliance under the dictatorship of Ignis Mortterra.

Isi Nizienko, a scientist for the AmEur Alliance, begins the Immortality Project. She develops microscopic machines -- nanobots -- that, when injected into humans, rush to the site of any injury and heal their host. She injects her lover, Afon Solovyov, and his canine teeth grow out into fangs, his heart beats slower and more efficiently, making a pulse hard to detect, and he and the other Immortals are virtually unstoppable. We know them today as vampires.

Isi has plans for her Immortals. She has built the perfect human so that they can go back through time and undo the environmental damage done by humans. She does not know the extent of her own power, or the mystical nature of her lineage, although she has heard the voice of nature all of her life. She is the daughter of the Earth, the last descendent of the ancient protectors, the last of the line of the House of Daearen. Nature speaks to her and through her and Isi has the power to control all of the elements: earth, fire, water, and air. She is known to us today by one word: witch.

One man, Ignis Mortterra, stands in their way. One man who has profited from the looming apocalypse, one man who will lose everything if the Earth survives.
