Daisy’s father has been taken from her.

Now, two years later, she is back in London to try and discover the truth about his death whilst pretending to return to society in search of a husband that she does not want.

Lord Matthew Watt is a member of ‘The King’s League’ and knew Lord Harrogate well indeed. To hear of his death has been terrible enough, but the loss of Miss Daisy Williams from London is another difficult blow.
