Daughter of hippie parents, Serendipity Jade Jellicoe leads a double life. At work she's sober, driven marketing director Jade, determined to succeed in business and create security for herself. Other times she climbs astride her motorcycle and lets her wild child side break free.

 On a long summer weekend, she heads up north to visit her parents at the lake. When art director and colleague Paul "the Dimple" Johnson turns up on her home turf, she hides her true identity from him. 

Her mother says it's karma, but Jade's having none of that . . . until she discovers he's the guy she's just agreed to take fishing as a favor to her younger brother. Paul is suffering from overwork and his doctor has recommended two weeks of R and R. A cabin by the lake sounds ideal, even if he finds it difficult to relax. Maybe fishing will do the trick, especially when his companion turns out to be the hot biker chick who shared lunch with him on the way up and then did a vanishing act.
